The limits of these tools and reference guides.
Frame Size Lab provides general information about dimensions, visual fit and decorative planning. Outputs are estimates based on the measurements and assumptions entered. They are not product specifications or a guarantee that any artwork, frame or component will fit.
Before buying or arranging a display, verify the actual frame, artwork, mat, glazing, hardware, wall and manufacturer specifications. Check full-sheet dimensions, edge details, actual openings, depth, tolerances and outside measurements with the supplier.
Outside our scope
We do not provide structural mounting or drilling instructions, wall-material identification, load-bearing or weight-capacity determinations, electrical-location advice, childproofing or earthquake guarantees, building-code or accessibility-compliance determinations, glass- or fire-safety claims, or museum-conservation and archival-longevity guarantees.
Gallery-wall tools calculate visual rectangles and spacing only. They do not tell you how to anchor heavy objects. For installation or specialist handling, consult the relevant manufacturer or appropriately qualified professional.
